Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship your order within 7-14 business days, but it could take up to three weeks in rare cases. Please note that once your package is handed over to USPS, UPS, or DHL, we no longer have control over the delivery time. Shipping times are estimates, and unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or carrier delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with USPS, UPS, or DHL, KYStreetwear is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information for further assistance. Pre-made Orders
For pre-made items, please allow up to 1 week for processing and shipping. We’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

For pre-order items, please allow up to 3-6 weeks for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. These items are custom-made, and the extended time frame ensures that we deliver a high-quality product tailored to your preferences.

International Shipping
